Privacy Policy
1. Scope and operator
This policy covers the iOS/iPadOS app 一程 · A Little Way, its supporting website and email support. The developer and operator is 刘祥 (Liu Xiang). Contact: support.alittleway@icloud.com.
2. Data in the app
Ideas, plans, records, tags, scratchpad notes, imported images and settings are primarily stored on your device. No app account is required. The app does not automatically send your notes to the developer. We do not operate a server for storing your notes, include advertising, cross-app tracking or third-party behavioral analytics SDKs in the app, or sell your personal information.
3. Images, files and external links
When you choose to add images or import files, the app uses system pickers to access the content you select. Exporting, sharing and opening external links are handled by the system features or third-party services you choose, under their respective policies.
4. iCloud and backups
If you enable iCloud backup, backup files are stored in your own iCloud storage using Apple services. The developer does not access your iCloud backups through the app. Exported backups may contain personal notes and images. Keep them secure and share them only with trusted recipients. Depending on your system settings, device backups may also include app data.
5. Retention and deletion
You can edit and delete content in the app and manage or permanently delete items as described in Recently Deleted. Deleting app content does not automatically delete exported files, shared copies or separate backups. Restoring an older backup may bring its content back. Uninstalling the app does not automatically remove separately stored iCloud, file or system backups. Manage these copies in their respective locations.
6. Email support
If you contact us, we receive your email address, message and attachments solely to respond, investigate issues and carry out necessary follow-up. Email providers process these communications. Do not send passwords, verification codes or unnecessary full private backups. Support information is kept only for the period needed to resolve the issue and necessary follow-up, then deleted unless retention is legally required. Contact us to request access to, correction or deletion of information we hold through support communications.
7. Website visits
This website does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies and includes no ads, analytics scripts, third-party fonts or sign-in forms. Hosting and network providers may still process technical logs, such as IP addresses, request times and browser information, to serve pages, prevent attacks and investigate faults. This website uses Tencent Cloud to host and deliver pages. This processing is covered by Tencent Cloud’s privacy policy. Website access data does not include notes stored in the app.
8. Security and third-party services
We take reasonable measures to protect information we process, but no storage or transmission method is absolutely secure. Apple handles App Store downloads or purchases, iCloud and diagnostic information you choose to share through system settings under its policies. The developer may receive sales summaries or diagnostic reports provided by Apple for operation and troubleshooting.
9. Children
The app does not ask for your age. We do not intentionally collect children’s personal information through support. A parent or guardian can contact us to request deletion if a child sends us unnecessary personal information.
10. Changes and contact
